Irving Lopez is an absolute lifesaver! In 2009 he helped us save our Victorville home from foreclosure, and we are forever grateful. After speaking with three other agents who only increased our fear and pressured us to sell, a friend referred us to Irving, and it was the best decision we could have made. Our home has been in our family for generations—my grandparents bought it, my parents purchased it from them, and now we own it. Selling it was not an option for us. Irving immediately showed genuine concern for our situation, and instead of pushing us to sell, he took action. He got on the phone with our mortgage company, negotiated us out of foreclosure, and helped us modify the terms of our home loan. His professionalism, compassion, and expertise were remarkable. Irving Lopez and his real estate team are simply phenomenal! They helped buy our N. Fontana house and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
